Often our branded residence communities are integrated with hotels or resorts which carry the same brand name, making the hotel services available to Residence Owners - on-demand & 24/7. We also operate standalone branded residences which are developed independently of an Accor-managed hotel or resort. In each case, our objective is to design and operate private residential communities with unsurpassed service offerings and exclusive facilities and amenities for Residence Owners.

A custom service offering is designed for each branded residence project, tailored to the needs of Residence Owners. These services are delivered by a dedicated team. From residential concierge services, an intimate dining experience prepared by a private chef in the comfort of your home, pet walking, shopping services to proactive property management solutions, our brands enhance the residential ownership experience and safeguard your most prized possession.

Design

In developing and managing branded residences we strive to achieve a delicate balance between privacy and exclusivity, and the distinctly modern lifestyle made possible by the availability of 24/7, on-demand hotel and residential services. The hotels we operate alongside our private residence communities enable an unsurpassed service offering and yet the residences remain private enclaves which are exclusive to Residence Owners.

Preferred Status Around the World

In addition to on-site benefits and privilege, Residence Owners are eligible to enjoy preferred status and recognition around the globe at more than 5000 Accor-managed hotels and resorts. Subject to an active membership in the Accor Ownership Benefits Program, these benefits include preferred status in Accor Live Limitless (ALL), a VIP reservation desk, preferred room rates across more than 40 brands, private homeowner exchange services at select properties and more.

Rental Solutions

At participating properties, residents can elect to participate in a managed rental program. Rental programs are ideal for purchasers who wish to generate rental income when not personally enjoying their home. When not in Residence, Owners may elect to have their home rented with the support of Accor's worldwide distribution network of more than 110 different channels, including apartmentsandvillas.accor.com. This is offered for select projects.
